Dance and Body Art in San Francisco

Debbie says:

Big Moves, one of the best (if not the best) fat dance troupe around is coming back to San Francisco this weekend with their new show, All That Flab.

An all new fat-tastic Big Moves production featuring the Phat Fly Girls – West Coast in hot classics and new gems combining full-bodied dance and voluptuous song for an evening you’ll never forget.

Guest belly dance, pop and burlesque performances by: Raks Africa, Dangerous Curves, San Francisco’s It Girl: The Fabulous Jukie Sunshine, Lady Monster and Diamond Daggers’ Vidalia Paradise & Topsy Curvy. Perennially flabulous Fat!So? author Marilyn Wann emcees.

I’ll be at CounterPULSE, at 9th and Mission, Friday night to see the show. See you there?

Coming up next month, A Show of Penises. Most 3-D art is significantly better in person than it is on the web, and I’m betting these are no exception.

They’ll be on display in San Francisco from May 13 to June 10, a busy time for me, but I’ll certainly try to get there.
